Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Eagle Repair Service LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Eagle Repair Service provides commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and cooking equipment repair and maintenance services. Our services include:
- Emergency repair services
- Preventive maintenance programs
- Equipment installation and replacement
- Diagnostic services
- Parts procurement and replacement
Service Appointments
When scheduling service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and location information
- Ensure access to the equipment requiring service
- Provide a safe working environment for our technicians
- Give at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Pricing and Payment
Service pricing will be provided via estimate before work begins. By authorizing service, you agree to pay for:
- Diagnostic and service call fees
- Labor charges at current hourly rates
- Parts and materials at cost plus applicable markup
- Any applicable taxes
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Warranty
Eagle Repair Service provides the following warranties:
- 90-day warranty on labor for repairs performed
- Manufacturer warranty applies to new parts installed
- 30-day warranty on used or refurbished parts
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle Repair Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Loss of inventory or products
- Business interruption
- Data loss
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
This limitation of liability extends to and also protects Gaazzeebo, the provider and operator of the software platform used to deliver our services (the "Platform Provider"), and its owners, members, and personnel. You agree that the Platform Provider shall not be liable to you for any claim, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or relating to the platform, the website, the client portal, your data, or the services delivered through them. Any such claim relating to the services is solely between you and Eagle Repair Service LLC, which assumes responsibility for the services as between you and the Platform Provider, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Client Portal
If you create an account in our client portal, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Eagle Repair Service LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Software Platform Provider & Publicity License
The website, client portal, and supporting software used to deliver our services are owned, provided, hosted, and operated by Gaazzeebo (the "Platform Provider"). The Platform Provider stores and processes data and otherwise operates the platform on behalf of Eagle Repair Service LLC and any other business that uses the software. All rights in the underlying software, source code, design, and platform remain the exclusive property of the Platform Provider.
If you are a business that uses this software (whether Eagle Repair Service LLC or another business operating on the platform), you grant the Platform Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your business name, trade name, and logo for the purpose of identifying you as a customer or user of the software — including in portfolios, case studies, websites, proposals, and marketing or promotional materials. You represent that you have the right to grant this license for the names and logos you provide. You may revoke this license as to future use by sending written notice to the contact below, after which the Platform Provider will discontinue new uses within a reasonable period (existing printed or distributed materials excepted).
This license covers your own business identity and marks. It does not, and is not intended to, grant any rights in the names, logos, or marks of any third party that you do not own or are not authorized to license.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Messaging Terms & Conditions
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Eagle Repair Service LLC, including:
- Service appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician arrival notifications
- Service status updates
- Invoice and payment notifications
- Emergency service communications
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Typically 1–5 messages per service event.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Eagle Repair Service does not charge for SMS/MMS messages.
Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Privacy: We will not share your phone number or messaging information with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Supported carriers: All major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.
